I recently reformatted and reinstalled Windows XP, but now for some reason, all my OpenGL games like Half Life and Battlefield 1942 look like crap when I move my view around. It looks all boxy, like the screen is broken up into a bunch of long, horizontal rectangles, but it only does this when I look around, not when standing still in-game. I have tried a few other games like Deus Ex and Max Payne and they all work fine. All my OpenGL games worked fine before the reformat. Any ideas? Here's my specs:

Athlon 2.1 ghz
512 megs RAM
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro
Soundblaster Audigy 2

Welcome to the forum ding28,

Try reinstalling your drivers and reinstalling the games. When I reformated my PC CS didn't seem to work properly in openGL also. Reinstalling the game and drivers seem to solve my problem.

No luck :(

I had already tried installing all the latest drivers and utilities for the Radeon, but I tried reinstalling Half-Life from scratch anyway, but it had no change. It's still all blocky.
