online gameplay

i have one question and one problem. number one what is ~5d141.tmp? 2. i have talked ea tech support this . i can not play command & conquer generals online. i can chat w/ others but i can not play online w/ anyone. i would be thankful for any and all help. thank you oh p.s. i used play for the first ten months that i had the game
