One long beep 2 seconds #repeating#

Pretty much says it all, when I start up I'm getting one long beep, thats lasting 2-3 seconds and just repeats over and over. My computer was working fine a week ago and the only thing I have done is added more fans for an ongoing heat fight with my heat issues.

Specs are
p4 3.2G
1.5G corsair pc2700
200G Western Digital 7200
Ati radeon X800 xL 256MB
sound blaster live sound card
Antec 430 watt truewatt PS
Shuttle PN-80 mobo

the issue is there if i unplug the fans that installed or not.

:4-dontkno Ideas, what does the beep mean?
What do i need to fix it?

My experience with a long beep at POST one time was a dislodged memory chip. Some how while routing around in the machine I had accidently bumped one of the RAM seating clips so that it was not seating that module correctly.
