Hi

I have recently aquired a dell machine however the onboard graphics appear to be dead and I can't seem to get anything up on my display, although I have a seperate spare graphics card I won't be able to disable it would seem the onboard graphics from the Bios as I can't see anything! anyone have any suggestions?

Normally if a graphics card is inserted the onboard graphics will let the card work.
Have you tried the card yet?

as of yet no since I assumed if onboard graphics was enabled on the bios this would ignore the graphics card. I'll try it and see how it goes i suppose the worse case would be that it would only enable the card after boot so I'll miss most of the boot up screens untill windows fully kicks in?
