I have Meccer CL51 laptop and when you switch it on it starts to boot then collapses and begin the same process once again. WHAT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM?

Hi and welcome to TSF please expand on your statement how far does it get ? do you see any blue screen ? have you cleaned the air vents and fan with a can of compressed air
