Old New Computer

My friend gave my an old computer he used to use to play music in his garage. It's an HP a410e. I planned to use it as a netflix computer for my projector. It ran really slow, so I formatted it then reinstalled the drivers. Problem is, the video device in hardware devices never shows up as having a driver installed. I've installed the .exe from hp's website multiple times, still nothing. And yes, I have tried restarting.
