If you have XP pro you are better off....PRO is HOME with more...the more isnt worth going out and buying Pro if you have home...but the more is nice to have down the road when every house has a network....

a.k.a you can do everything home does with pro but not everything (Domain and business end mainly) with home that you can with pro
