Offline web pages

Hi, is it ok to check 'Offline web pages'(40KB) and 'Hibernation File Cleaner'(1.74GB) to be deleted in Disk Cleanup? I have no idea what they are.
Also, is it advisable to check 'Compress this drive to save disk space'?
