I recently upgraded to windows 7 from Vista. I did the upgrade so everything from vista was moved into windows.old. Most of the programs run when I run them in compatibility mode but none of the office programs are working. I found the exe file in the windows.old program files but I keep getting an error that says "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". I have tried running it as administrator and in vista and xp compatibility modes and I keep getting the same error. Is there something else I can try or do I need to reinstall. Or, if I do need to install, is there a way I could install it without losing my all my activation keys?
