It says that my Office home and student 2010 cannot be verified and that i should repair by using control panel which i have tried and hasn't worked and i have also entered the product key and it still comes up with same same message.

PS i have had this installed since 19th December 2010, and this is the first time i am having problems and it is a genuine product
