I have a computer running Win2000 Pro with Office 97 Pro. Whenever you want to browse the computer through the "Open" option, it takes like close on a minute to change a folder. Ex. File-Open, (opens My Documents), click on a folder within My Documents, and it takes forever!!!.
I've tried repairing Office, uninstalling and reinstalling office,
Defragging the system, running a Windows Repair, and updating to Service Pack 4.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, PLEASE let me know, as it is getting rather frustrating.
