office 2007 programs randomly crashing

891 Views 0 Replies 1 Participant Last post by  rlm4040
While using Outlook and Word, the programs will randomly shut down. Sometimes there's a "has encountered a problem and needs to close" error, and sometimes it just closes without warning. The info on the user's computer is pasted below. Microsoft doesn't seem to have any solutions. I have tried uninstalling the office suite and reinstalling it. I have run diagnostics, but it finds nothing. I appreciate your help. -Rochelle
