My computer is making an odd sound, I hear it almost hourly, it's this low pitched humming sound, It's coming from the speakers and I know it isn't a speaker glitch, and it isn't from the hardware, it sounds like I'm getting a notification on something, but I don't know what.

Yes that sounds like what can happen with a cell phone near a pc.
