Odd Scrolling

Hey everyone, i haave a problem,.. each time i try to scroll down on the interenet or summin, it like scrools like pages. and flicks... im usin win xp pro french lol

go into your control panel to "mouse" and adjust the scrolling properties.

Turn off 'smooth scrolling'. That will fix the issue.

In IE the option is in 'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'Advanced', under the browsing options.
