O/C CPU, Athlon 64 3000+

As you can see by thread topic this is about O/C'ing an athlon 64 3000+.

now what i really want to know is how do i O/C it and how much would you recommend? i must have some space for O/C'ing because it runs at 25 degrees (C) maybe 30 degrees (C) on a hot day. Runs on a 2Ghz core i was thinking of making it into a 2.4Ghz core do you think that is wise?

Oh yeh and it has all stock cooling on it
