Hi,

I had purchased M2N-MX-SE Plus M/B, Athlon 6400+ DUAL Processor, 1 gb Transcend RAM, 360 GB Harddisk. But since the 1st day i have been having problems with graphics. i can't play the basic games i used to play on P2 system. the game works fine but hangs in between.Also tried latest drivers advised by Asus customer service. but with no solution. can anybody help

You may consider a video card, your onboard vidcard doesnt sound
up to the task. This is all depending on the power supply you have. You
may have to upgrade the power supply to do this. It is no uncommon for
the onboard video to be below par when trying to play games...

I too felt the same & bought a new SMPS (400W+) but the problem exist.
I only connected the motherboard & harddisk to the power supply box (w/o disk drive & floppy drive) & checked the output but the result is the same.
Its not only the game, i am facing problem with 3d screen saver as well.
I even replaced my motherboard @ Asus service center.
My monitor has a DVI connection whci i am not using does that have do anything with this.
