I think it would be pretty close one some games, and the 9600pro would clearly win on some games. In my opinion your overall choice would probably be with the 9600pro.
It would be close if your 6200 card was a good one (more memory, 128bit bus), but if it is just a regular card (64bit bus), the 9600 should win outright.
Can you provide some specs on your 6200?
oh and I am sure you can download the software (drivers) you need off the ATI website.
