ntldr is missing.SIF File Missing

The following value in the .SIF file used by setup is corrupted or missing.
Value 0 on the line in section {Source Disks Files} with key "SP2.Cab

Hello, get hold of your windows XP cd, then insert this, press r to access recovery console, then choose installation and type chkdsk c: /R.

If you cannot acess the CD make sure that it is booting first in the BIOS and also you could try a repair isntall.
