So today i got on my computer to find that absolutely nothing will open. I click on it and nothing i don't get error messages or anything it simply doesn't open. Things like folders will open but no browsers no programs so i cant scan for malicious virus'. I tried booting in safe mode with networking and i got the same result. I also tried doing a system restore to the week prior and still nothing. Then i tried using a flash drive to install malware bytes and not even the installer will open. I'm out of ideas, can you please help me?

Please DO NOT run any scans/tools/fixes on your own as this will conflict with the tools we are going to use.
