well is there a program i can use 2 upload a Notepad file, and have a code 2 post on a website?

There are various FTP programs available, WSFTP is one, CuteFTP is another and there's also a Firefox plugin called FireFTP that allow you to upload a file to a website (or rather web server).

Assuming of course that the web server allows it
