Hi, I believe it is created by Nvidia and is used for updating their products, I have no Nvidia products so I do not know if it is still used in windows ten. The only reason I know this is because some people wanted it removed from windows seven. If you open computer management under local users and groups it should appear there, as it is created as a profile. You need to grant admin control to be rid of it..
