Hi,
I recently installed a new WD Caviar 320gb hard disk. Both the new hard disk and the old Seagate one are working fine, but I can't get the "partition" option for the new one in Disk Manager.
WD I'm using right now is named New volume (C:) and the old Seagate one is now (E:).

What to do?

Thanks.

The C: drive typically contains the OS, and even when it doesn't, it contains system files. Windows can't partition or format the C: drive as it will break itself. If you need to partition or format the "C:" drive, use a boot disk or even XP Setup.
