hi there,

one of my user has this problem today. Tom's client email goes to junkmail box which Tom did not know until Tom talked to that person. Tom's client said that he sent an email to him this morning regarding the meeting but Tom cannot see in his inbox. Please help me how to get Tom's client email send to Tom's inbox. Thanks.
