So I tried to check my video card today using start>run>dxdiag and I got surprised because the approx total memory of my video card is n/a.

Here's a screenshot

But when I check it using desktop>properties>settings>advanced>adapter, it displays the correct information about my video card

Is my video card broken or the driver is not installed? What should I do?

Your video card appears to be fine. . . . Just because dxdiag doesn't show the card memory size doesn't mean it's broken.

The problem is I can't plays certain online games(Flyff). It says nothing can be rendered. And I thought the problem is because the video card is not detected by dxdiag

Probably because the card is so old... The 9200 was a low end card from I think 2002, it probably lacks the shader models needed for modern games.
