This morning my sound disappeared. I don't know why. I tried going to add/delete programs and reloaded the volume control. It's there, but when I click on it nothing happens. I tried reloading my drivers. Still nothing. I did a web search and tried something I found--going to multimedia and clicking on something--I don't remember what, because when I went there, everything was grayed--I can't click on anything. Can anyone help me?
