Hi ive lost the audio on my laptop. It ran out of battery and when it came back on it was all different and the audio was gone i went into audio and it said not found. This is a brand new laptop 2 weeks old do yous know how i can get sound back? Please be basic when explaining to me as im hopeless when it comes to the ins and outs of computers Thanks in advance for any help:wink:

I managed to get the sound back by restarting the computer, but i dont think i should be having problems like this when the battery runs out should i? Its an acer aspire 3690. I also get the dreaded blue screen quite often aswell and considering the laptop is only 2 weeks old its been lots of times

Take it back where you bought it, it should still be under warranty
