Hi,
This is not related to your NSIS Error, but I took a quick look at your report and you should see in the device manager 3 more errors for base system device. You need to install the CARD READER Driver here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...n&cc=us&lang=en&os=228&product=1817074&dlc=en

As far as the NSIS Error, what program are you trying to install and where did you get the program from (CD, the web, etc.).
Bill
Hi,
Thanks for this driver,i will install and see if this helps.well i have downloaded setup program from web, before formating every thing was working fine, now this error is frustrating me a lot.I have demon tools, alchol and other setup file which gives error while installing.

May be there is something wrong with window installers i guess.Any help would be appreciated.thanks in advance.
Install available updates for XP.
Create a system restore point before you do that.
Hi,
Thanks BCCOMP that driver does the work.To eneles how do i create restore point, and from where do i update xp,Is there any link, well i don't have xp cd.the guy who has formated my laptop, doesn't have deep knowlege like you buddies have.thanks and waiting for reply.
As I said the driver was not related to your NSIS error, but it should have taken care of the Base system errors you had in the device manager.
Bill
Hi,
Yeah i know Mr bill that was not related to nsis error, what i mean was it did the job to remove base driver error.thanks once again.

To eneles. Is this service pack 3 is much better than 2,because i heard 2 is very good.Do i have to burn this content in cd then install sp3?or is there any guide,or step by step procedure to do this? any input would be appreciated.thanks in advance.
Download the file to your hard drive and run it from there - no need to burn it.

SP 3 contains previous service packs and other updates - please read this: http://www.techsupportforum.com/f10...lling-windows-xp-service-pack-3-a-247434.html
