no signal on monitor.

I have been having trouble with my ati firepro v4800 graphics card. when I first had it hooked up to my computer everytime I opened a gaming program there would be lines on my screen and i would have to hard reset the computer. so I ordered a new motherboard an asus m4a79t deluxe, and I put in the ati graphics in and hooked the motherboard up. when I started the computer up there was no display and my cd drives make a repetitive clicking noise.

Post the rest pf your specs.

CPU-RAM-PSU brand/wattage

Check all power connections to the motherboard.

Perform a Bench Test of the components.
