No mp3 software after formatting

I have recently formatted my mp3 player because Windows XP asked for it and i couldn't do anything esle with it. That brought some trouble. I tried it on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows XP and nothing worked. Eventually it worked but now it doesn't have software on it any more. When XP wants to install the software to use the device it can't find it. Can
I download the sofware for this mp3 player somewhere on the net? It is a DIFFRNCE mp3 player...

Thanks! Now I know I have the DIFFRNCE MP855 but the link on the website that refers to the latest firmware says the download is not available at the moment...
Hi you need to contact the service desk as I get nothing from google on another source
I already did along with my previous post but according to other customer reviews I shouldn't expect getting a reply soon
