I'm typing this from my sons computer. I purchased a new Logitech trackball today. I have installed the new driver and uninstalled the old one. All was fine untill I did a restore(fixing something the wife had done earlier today). Anyway, after the restore operation is complete, the computer reboots. When it comes back on, neither my mouse or keyboard are working. That's not entirely true. The keyboard does allow me to hold the delete key to get to the bios on startup, but I'm unsure as to whether or not I can fix it from there. I've tried god knows how many different combinations of mice and keyboard in an attempt to rectify the situation to no avail. I'm reduced to using the power button to turn off my computer.
I'm about to go and try the bios again, and then I'm gonna play around with combos of the mice and keyboard.
WILL SOMEONE, IN THE NAME OF (insert deity), PLEASE HELP ME.
I'll check back soon. Thanks in advance
