no internet connection after removing trojan

a Trojan.Fake.AV was found and removed by norton 360. i have no internet connection. i have contacted isp. can ping out. i have contacted norton for help with firewall. Dell warranty expired so they are no help.i have tried last known good configuration to restore system. i have tried normal startup in msconfig. i have uninstalled .ad-aware and norton360 I can only connect in safe mode with networking. can someone PLEASE help.

Welcome to TSF :wave:

Open IE8, click Tools/Internet Options/Connections tab/LAN Settings and uncheck settings under Proxy Settings. Uncheck "Bypass proxy server for local address" first or it will stay checked but grayed if you uncheck the top one first.

Then go to HERE and have a security analyst help you finish cleaning up your computer. We do not deal with virus/malware issues in this part of the forum.
