When was the last time anyone anywhere had to install a driver for a keyboard? I doubt that's the issue.

wait, i missed the whole point, didn't i? You said "No Display", in other words, your monitor is blank, correct?

We're going to need a lot more info, such as the specs on your pc, how and when this happened, and anything else.

Reinstalling the driver might fix the blinking lights. People install and reinstall drivers for their mice and keyboard all the time.

I just updated the driver for my keyboard last month.
