1. Laptop gets restarted when the it is connected to the mains. After switching off and on two or three times the computer comes to life. After hibernation display does not come back.
2. Desktop pc shows the motherboard details when starting and at the time of login to windows, the display goes off. There is no problem with the hard drive. I checked it with another computer using an enclosure.

I seek help for these two problems. Thank you.

Please provide the specs for both computers. Whast is the brand/model of your laptop computer and for your desktop computer, is it a custom built machine? If not, what is the brand/model of your desktop computer?

when was the last both computers operated fine? Have you recently done any driver updates? Any windows updates?

Posting computer specs can surely help troubleshoot the issue more efficiently.

Are you manually turning it off and on? Or does the computer restart automatically when you plug in the power adapter?
On either computer can you restart and press F8 continually, Then in the Advanced Boot Menu, choose Safe Mode?
On the desktop, in the Advanced Boot menu can you choose Last Known Good Configuration? Or VGA Mode?
On the laptop, turn Hibernation Off
