You didn't say, are you using the nVidia GTX 1650 video card with the new motherboard?
If so, are you plugging the monitor into the video card? And not the onboard video?
Are there any diagnostic lights on the motherboard like the VGA light?
Do you get the Asus Splash screen, or is it all black?

Yes I'm using the new card with the mother boards

I tried plugging it into the card and the motherboard nothing shows up

Only light on the motherboard shows that power is going to it (the orange one)

It's just a black screen says no signal

When a video card is installed in a motherboard, the default behavior is to disable the onboard video, so you can't use onboard video with card installed.
Try different video cables, try a different monitor.
Try removing the video card and use the onboard HDMI. If that works, then there is a problem with the video card, try the video card on another computer.
If that fails, then your new motherboard has an issue. Strip it down to bare minimum. Remove all external drives and secondary internal drives, remove all but one stick of RAM, switch the RAM sticks around to different ports etc.
