My Dell Computer has a windows XP software but after some antivirus cleaning does not show any icons, the task bar,Etc. only shows the theme of the screen. Desktot seems to be disabled, but I do not find the way to fix this problem . Please help me to solve it.

I would try the following first.

Start up the Windows XP Task Manager and select the Applications tab.

Now select the New Task button at the bottom of the window. A new smaller window will appear. In it simply type:

explorer.exe

explorer.exe is the Windows Program Manager (or Windows Explorer.) It manages the Windows Graphical Shell including the Start menu, taskbar, desktop, and File Manager. By restarting this process the graphical interface for Windows will reappear.

sounds like symptoms of a virus that's being going around. I'd run another virus scan.
