No bootable devices strike f1 to reboot f2 for setup

:sigh:When I turn on my dell inspiron laptop 600m the dell screen loads and then I get this message No bootable device strike f1 to reboot f2 for setup. I don't know that much about computers. Somebody, Anybody, help!!!

Boot into the System Setup (F2 at the error message)

Check to see if the HDD is detected. Also check the boot options to make sure correct.
