no bootable cd in ATAPI CR-ROM
Hey to any1 out there who might b able to offer me any help what so ever. I apologise in advance for my IT incompitence!
Anyhoo...I have a Packard Bell easynote laptop which is about 2 yrs old. I have had persistent problems with it. Its hard drive failed 3 times and thus was replaced each time...However I nolonger reside in the UK where I bought it and it AGAIN causing me grief!
When I turn it on...no bootable cd in ATAPI CR-ROM...that appears...After a min or so it tells me to press Ctrl-Alt and Delete to start up...but the same happens again and again!
What can I do?I foolishly trusted it and have my life on it...I really dont want to loose it all!
Help?
