Hi, I'm runníng win 7. I can't establish a bluetooth connection to my iphone. I have the driver, I've checked the status and it's up to date. I can't dowload a new driver, it won't allow it because it is "up to date"! But there is no bluetooth connections and the computer will not discover my phone. Something is obviously corrupt but even after I remove the driver and reboot, the same thing happens. Any suggestions?

I should have mentioned that I did the obvious to start with. The link you provided doesn't work either. No " Add a Device" appears when typing bluetooth in the search window. But thanks anyway!

Silly question but does your computer have Bluetooth? A Bluetooth icon in the taskbar by the clock and/or in Control Panel. And in Device Manager? If you double click it, the Pairing Wizard should start

Hi, Yes the computer has bluetooth. It paired to my phone previously. I basically want to transfer pictures. When I try to pair it, the message that the phone has "rejected by the pan server" is the last thing that momentarily pops up. I have no clue what that refers to and can't find it on the computer.

When you start the Pairing Wizard on your computer (pan server), it starts broadcasting a signal. Now if you go to Settings/Bluetooth on your phone It should recognize the computers Bluetooth. You must agree to pair with the computers Bluetooth signal, if not, you rejected the pan server.

Yes I know that. I've paired the phone before. Now the phone just searches and the pairing code doesn't appear on the phone. It's not the phone because I paired it to my wife's computer to check! I'm stumped...
