So I have a nitro 5 laptop with a broken lcd that has a failed install of windows 10 on the SSD I need to access the bios from a different screen I’ve tried simulating sleep mode & removing the lcd cable from the mother board but still left with a blank screen would love if someone could help

Sounds like the computer's default video output is to the built-in LCD only. And if this has a setting in the BIOS to reset it to output through a built-in video port to an external monitor, you would need to be able to view the BIOS via the built-in LCD in order to make the change,

Solution: Temporarily/permanently connect another known-good built-in LCD.
