Okay, so i just formated a dell Inspiron 1300 laptop with a XP Media Center Version 2005 w/ update rollup 2. The operating system came with my dell desktop. Now i'm having problems witht he internet connections and such, im not sure how to set them up or anything. and the drivers and utilities CD doesn't seem to be helping at all. any help would be appreciated.

for setting internet connection goto
start>all programs>accessories>communications>new connection wizard

You probably don't have all the drivers loaded. Goto Device Manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks against any of the items in Device manager
