Hey waz up people im kinda new to linux and i downloaded a game or module whatever to my desktop what am i suppose to do now to install it ? it might sound like a stupid quetion but im new to linux :4-dontkno

Help needed

:4-dontkno Im running Slax 5.0.6 and i downloaded a module from the site slax.org the module or game whatever you wish to call it is callled GNU_Chess_5_07 hope u can help :4-dontkno

FYI, If You are new, i would recommend you switch to Ubuntu(Pimped Out). It Makes Package installation very easy with the apt program and synaptic/aptitude. just a BTW

I would personally recomend slack 10.1 if u like to use slack.....its pretty wicked

Ubuntu Has A debian core, which is all text-file based on setting up, so it's a litle bit of a drag to config things, but it is very fast...
