It should all be compatible.
I'm not a fan of Kingston RAM or Hitachi Hdd's but they should work.

Note that the 32 bit operating system will limit your usable RAM to about 3.25 GB

Is there a compatiblity issue with 64bit version of windows?

With software , games and programme. And the hardware as listed here?

If there's no issues. I would go for a 64bit system.

Do you recommends it?

A 64Bit OS will work with the hardware listed. If you're purchasing 7 then go with the 64Bit. If you already have the 32Bit version then use it. There's not a large difference.

I assume you're purchasing 7 so you mught as well go with 64Bit since they are the same price.
Please let us know how the build works out.
