Halo everybody,
Today I received a new RTX3050 Gigybyte. I deinstalled the old drivers from my GTX770. I plugged everything out and swapped the cards. After pressing my start button, my motherboard gave me 3 short beeps. My Monitor doesn't show that it is connected but the PC is running.
Some additional information:
  • The GPU seems to be on, it has LEDs and they are on, but the fans spin for a moment than stop
  • I already reset my CMOS and my UEFI
  • I updated my BIOS to the most recent version, I also changed some Options back and forth in the BIOS:
addon ROM display enable and disable/pci rom priority" from "legacy" to "efi compatible"
after updating the beeping stopped but the situation is still the same
  • When I swap the cards back, everything works again
I bought it brand new. My Specs are:
CPU: Intel i7-2600K
Motherboard: ASRock P67 Pro 3
PSU: bequiet! Pure Power L8-CM 630W

It may be worth downloading Geforce Experience with the old graphics card plugged in, and then install the latest drivers.
then when you have done that plug your new card in and see if that works.

If not you can get the specific drivers from the below link. Install them with the old card installed then switch them out.

I did, I bought a new Mainboard. My old one didn't support it. You basically need a more recent UEFI. It was also pretty worth it, my PC boots up quicker and with the new CPU I'm rocking Elden Ring on highest Settings with 60 FPS constantly. I Upgraded to Z590 but you don't have to go this far. All the things I upgraded are:
Mainboard to MSI Z590 Pro 300€ now as much as 150€
DDR3 to DDR4 Ram 50€
CPU to i5-11400f btw. very price worthy atm in EU 200€ and now even less than 130€
