i'm going to upgrade my video to either a 8800gts 320mb or a 9600gt 512mb. more likely the 8800gts. i've been searching through ebay and found several cheap PSUs, but their reviews on other sites weren't sound.

my computer is the HP's a6130n w/ a HP w1907 19 in lcd monitor. i've never upgraded anything after purchase.

i'm wondering if there's any other inexpensive and relyable PSUs. my budget will probably be under $70 but i might push it up some.

please tell

Neither of the ones you have mentioned are worth much to be quite honest with you.

Look for one of these brand names:

Seasonic - any model
Corsair - any model
Thermaltake - "Toughpower" series only
Coolermaster - "Real Power Pro" series only
PC Power & Cooling - any model
Silverstone - any model

Note: Some Antec Trio models are not too bad although not the quality of the above listed PSU's.
