Hey I'm sorry if this has been asked somewhere else but the search on the forums isnt working for me.

Anyway, I have a Dell Vostro 420 tower desktop which I have replaced the PSU with a 650W Corsair 650TX, in order to power a graphics card i have installed. After installing the PSU the mobo has a steady yellow light on it, when pressing the power button, the light dims but the computer doesn't start. Replacing the power supply with the original dell 350W allows the computer to start but a series of repeating single beeps occurs, this stops when the new graphics card is replaced with the original one. The 650TX is in working condition, and if the mobo turns on when the original parts are reinstalled I can't assume thats the problem either. Is it possible that this mobo can't handle ATX 2.0 for the psu?

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.53GHz
4gb ram
Graphics Card : Radeon HD4870 1gb

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
