New Laptop cannot connect to some websites

I just bought a laptop yesterday, but now the I cannot connect to most websites on the web at my home. I can only connect to google and gmail, I can search for stuff, but if I click on the links they will not load. Yesterday, I was able to go on any website. On my other computers I have no such problems. The only real change between today and yesterday is that I changed from wep to wpa.

It's an HP dv9830 with Vista Home premium.
