Sapphire is a very good brand.
A 6670 will need a good quality 550W minimum PSU.
Post your PC specs in your post so we don't have to open an attachment and repeatedly go back and forth to view the specs.

As suggested above, Sapphire is one of the best brands for AMD(ATI) cards. They are actually OEM for AMD.

i have a decent PSU with 18 amps on the 12v rail, that should do if i dont stress the GPU much rite?!
AMD recommends at least 25A on the +12v rail, for the HD6670 and for good reason. So for the sake of your new card and other hardware, consider investing in a good quality PSU.

Look for PSUs from Seasonic, Corsair and XFX, as they are top quality and will last really long.
