New computer connection issues

I recently bought a new computer and have been having some issues getting my wireless internet to work.

I use a belkin 75d7051 dongle basically after installing my dongle's drivers the internet works fine with 0 issues , however after restarting my computer I can never get it to work again, I've reinstalled my OS 3 times and it always seems to be exactly the same the first time starting the internet works fine for any amount of time. I've tried installing many different drivers including the stuff from the manufacturers website , the disc that came with the dongle and many others with no luck. my last comuter used exactly the same settings with the same dongle and never had any issues like this before.
Really need to get this working soon, any help appreciated.
also using my laptop to write this and everything works fine with other computers , even tried using the dongle with my laptop and had no problem connecting.
