That board only supports up to DDR3-1333. If you don't want to spend more, use this instead for your RAM.

The 960t is sometimes not supported by older AM3+ motherboards out of the box, being based on the Thuban technology and different from the Denebs. I would recommend a 970 model if you want to make sure you don't have an installation headache. If you don't want to spend the extra on a 970, you can easily just buy a Phenom II Deneb. The 925 is cheaper and not significantly inferior. Still a quad core that can multitask well.

What I would recommend is just spending $95 on the ASUS M5A97 instead of the Gigabyte 760 and keeping your CPU/RAM choices.

your set-up will work fine; your requirements for this system are not very demanding you could even get away with the cheaper deneb 925 without any noticible loss of performance; there is no way streaming media is going to make any quad core break a sweat

Memory Standard for the GA-78LMT-S2P - DDR3 1333+ (O.C.)/1066/800. The 1600 "should" work but it will run at 1066.
The CPU support list shows the Phenom II X4 960T.
