Network Permissions problem

Hi im trying to get the file sharing going on my home network. both compters can see each other and can use the internet thats no probkem. from one i can access the other computer no problems but the other computer gives me this error message

"\\Computer2 is not accessable. You might not have permision to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have permissions

Access is Denied"

i have the folders shared on both computers but still no go. can anyone help please. they area both connected through a Linksys router.
